Come in and see our on-site "pico" brewery! It is a 4 1/2 barrel system that is used to create the fine Ales that are consumed at the Post Road Tavern. Rocky Coast Brewing uses an unfiltered process where the yeast settles out over time. This takes longer but it imparts a taste that can't be replicated.

You will be able to see the brewing equipment from your dining room seat, and possibly see the brewing process in action if you are there during one of our brewing sessions.
